He’s won a James Beard Award and international acclaim for his restaurants, which include Restaurant Eugene and H&F Burger. Now Linton Hopkins and his wife/co-founder Gina have opened Linton’s at the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
The menu includes items such as smoked eggplant piramide with Georgia white shrimp, and poached egg and johnnycake. Dale Chihuly drawings are on display in collaboration with the “Chihuly in the Garden” exhibition that also opened last week.
Linton’s is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday. You do need to be a member or pay admission to ABG to dine here.
