He began his exceptional career at just 16 years old. His first job was at Kensington Palace, and he trained at some of Europe’s finest restaurants by 19. Today, his CV includes some of the biggest names in the Michelin Star world, including El Bulli, The Fat Duck and Per Se New York.

Now, Money’s high caliber of talent is officially running the kitchens of two of Atlanta’s most prestigious restaurants: Atlas and The Garden Room.
