3630 Peachtree Tower officially off the market and setting records

by The 100 Companies

The well-known 3630 Peachtree Tower in Buckhead recently sold for the second-highest price paid per square foot for the area. Purchased by Granite Properties for $202 million, approximately $475 per square foot, the tower defines the north end of Buckhead’s office district. At 34 stories, the 438,000+ square-foot building is a mixed-use facility incorporating 16 floors of condos as well as 17 floors of office space.

The State of Florida Retirement Fund still holds the record for the highest price paid per square foot with its 2018 purchase of the Three Alliance Center in Buckhead at $534 per square foot.
