The Urban Land Institute and PwC’s 2024 Emerging Trends in Real Estate® report has named Atlanta as the fourth top U.S. real estate market to watch. Released each year, the report unveils critical data and trends in the real estate sector.
The report breaks real estate markets into four main categories with three subgroups. Atlanta is in the “Magnet” category and the “Super Sun Belt” subgroup. Magnet cities are destinations that are growing more quickly than the U.S. average in both population and jobs. “Super Sun Belt” cities are large and diverse but still affordable, with powerhouse economies.
