The 24th Annual Atlanta Jewish Film Festival returns to theaters across Atlanta beginning next week from Feb. 13-26, with a special streaming encore featuring select films to be viewed online from Feb. 27-March 7.
Hosted across five metro-area venues, patrons can experience more than 60 films from 20 different countries, including 40 features and documentaries and 20 short films. The opening night film, “Irena’s Vow,” follows Irene Gut Opdyke, a Polish nurse who saved Jews during World War II by sheltering them in the cellar of the home where she was employed by a Nazi officer.
Tickets are on sale now.
