My favorite guilty pleasure shows are “Selling Sunset” and “Bachelor in Paradise.” Ridiculous, dramatic and so good. Little did I know I’d be adding “The Golden Bachelor”!
As a single gal in her early fifties, it reminded me there are good men out there and what age brings to the table. It had me rooting for love at any age and showed how people can navigate with thoughtful communication, respect, empathy and, most of all, love.
It wasn’t mindless, it was special. It mostly lacked drama (looking at you, Kathy) and was filled with so much heart! I loved it!
