One of the most popular events of the annual Atlanta Food & Wine Festival, the Tasting Tents once again gathered some of the best purveyors in the South to dole out samples of their food and drink to thousands of enthusiastic guests.
These delectable dishes included tamales, lobster rolls, pecan liqueur, pimento cheese, tuna poke, crawfish and plenty of sweets. Oh, and yes, lots of wine, bourbon, beer and other spirits.
Highlights included the Bulleit Woody Tailgate Trailer, a former Neiman Marcus Christmas catalog item, and a mobile oyster bar in the Connoisseur Tent where waitstaff shucked and sauced fresh oysters.
