We’re in the midst of hiring for a couple of positions at 360 Media. One of the biggest hiring challenges is that people don’t always show you who they are until after they’re hired.
It’s so important to have the right team paired with the right clients and the right perks, especially for a small agency like ours. Many times we find candidates by word of mouth or colleague referrals, but sometimes we turn to an ad on LinkedIn.
