Walking along the BeltLine last weekend, I noticed construction of “The Jane Atlanta” was well into its next phase. Replacing part of the 1940s Colonial Homes apartments, The Jane is one of many multifamily developments being delivered post-recession, and its location – right on the BeltLine and Bobby Jones Golf Course – is ideal.
What really caught our eye were the adjacent CoHo Apartments, the remaining units of Colonial Homes that are being renovated, perhaps to compete with The Jane.
By renovating, these apartments now offer tenants modern amenities along with classic architecture and a prime location overlooking Bobby Jones Golf Course.
