Breaking ground just last month, a new affordable housing project is being built in Atlanta’s Reynoldstown neighborhood. Madison Reynoldstown can be found along the southern end of the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail.
From Atlanta Housing, Rea Ventures Group, Inc., Invest Atlanta, and Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., the development will consist of 116 one-, two- and three-bedroom multifamily units for rent. All will be affordable at or under 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). Atlanta Housing’s HomeFlex program is also set to provide subsidies to 46 of the units dedicated to working families earning up to 30 percent of the AMI.
