The Atlanta BeltLine chose Pennrose and affordable housing specialists Radiant Development Partners, LLC, as the developers of a new mix-use three-acre project in South Buckhead.
Situated on the future Atlanta BeltLine Northeast Trail site, the proposed development will offer various affordable housing options with access to public transit, grocery stores, retail and restaurants. Additionally, developers plan to partner with the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs to source local businesses for the onsite commercial micro-units. The new development is expected to create over 200 construction jobs, with 25 new hires from the community.
