When one door closes, another door opens. Happily, that’s true for the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House. While the house on Peachtree Dunwoody Road is being rebuilt, the Hyatt Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina is donating rooms to families in need.
Construction begins Sept.1 and is expected to take 12-16 months. Hundreds of families have been turned away because the house was full; the renovations will allow the nonprofit to nearly triple its capacity.
