Two of Atlanta’s new office projects have been put on the market. Tishman Speyer’s Buckhead office tower Three Alliance is currently being marketed by CBRE. The 30-story tower was 80 percent leased as of this summer, with tenants such as CBRE and Global Payments.

Recently, Columbia Residential marked the completion of its third and final phase of Columbia Brookside in Athens.
