Daily meditation can benefit business

I’m not one for routine. Other than work there isn’t much in my life that’s conventional. Running a PR agency you get accustomed to that pretty early on. I realized quickly my day never goes as planned and I’m always ready for a crisis or change at a moment’s notice.

Five years ago I turned to meditation. A challenge at first, today it’s my sanctuary. Now, it’s the first thing I do before getting out of bed, and sets the tone for the day. It calms and centers me, changing how I filter and handle stress.

You know, daily rituals aren’t so bad.
