Thanksgiving means ‘meat-less’ for some

Arguably the most wonderful holiday of the year, Thanksgiving is an excuse to bring your favorite people together to eat, drink and eat some more.

As vegetarianism and veganism become more prevalent, it’s important to have something for everyone at the table. And there are plenty of plant-based options that still honor Thanksgiving traditions.

When planning your holiday meal, consider including caramelized butternut squash, twice baked potatoes, roasted eggplant, as well as vegan stuffing and gravy options. Don’t forget the ingredients you’re using in each recipe – replace meat broths with veggie broths for a spin on most staple holiday sides.
