In my book, Thanksgiving dinner is the meal that keeps on giving. Always on the hunt for a new recipe to repurpose holiday leftovers, I stumbled across a marinated turkey taco recipe by Mission + Market’s Executive Chef Ian Winslade, and ever since, it’s been my go-to recipe following the holiday.
The very simple and delicious recipe calls for leftover turkey, fried corn tortillas, lettuce, Cotija Tajo cheese, sweet onions, cilantro and a homemade chili honey lime dressing. Chef Winslade suggests pairing the tacos with a shaved Brussels sprout slaw, and you’ll be set.
