A More Playful Aria

by

Gone is the coat-and-tie atmosphere at Aria, which reopened recently after a renovation designed to reintroduce the restaurant to regular customers and attract younger diners in a more casual, playful setting.

Chef-owner Gerry Klaskala has been delighting diners for 16 years and will now be serving his critically acclaimed dishes in the redone space that includes gray walls, yellow drapes and new leather banquettes.

Casual diners can take a seat at the new white marble bar and enjoy dishes like octopus tempura, short rib of beef, seared fois gras and butter braised lobster without having a reservation.
