While spring is often considered the “best” time to list a home, there are a few reasons you may want to consider listing this fall with school back in session.
“Existing Home Sales climbed 2.5% in July,” according to Judy Pelitere with Eustis Mortgage. She also shared that, due to lower interest rates, “demand is up five percent from a year ago,” while refinances are at their highest level in 3.5 years.
