Though I love our office, when I walked into Southeast Mortgage’s new Duluth headquarters last week it was impossible not to feel office jealousy. I would love to exercise downstairs from my office while overlooking Stone Mountain, or play foosball at lunch.
There were more than work-life balance amenities. The walls were covered with over 100-year-old wood on top of bright red paint. A mesmerizing fountain put me in a trance. Three framed iterations of the Southeast Mortgage logo from throughout the years was a unique touch.
My advice: to avoid office envy, avoid 3575 Koger Boulevard.
