The strength of hope, love and community are revealed at Christmas in True Colors Theatre Company’s performance “The First Noel.”
Set in 1980s Harlem, the musical follows a multi-generational family changed by a tragic loss when a surprise visit brings much-needed Christmas joy. It’s a story about a community coming together and giving the gift of love. Music includes traditional holiday favorites reimagined in the styles of jazz, gospel and pop.
The show runs Dec. 8-24 at the Ferst Center for the Arts. Tickets are $15 for patrons ages 30 and younger and $25 for everyone else.
