It may have taken 500 years, but the six wives of Henry VIII finally have their say in the Tony Award-winning musical “SIX” playing at the Fox Theatre April 15-21. The comedy is a retelling of the wives’ lives as a pop concert where they compete to see who had the worst experience being married to the volatile and unpredictable king of England, who sent two wives to their deaths.
The musical won the Tony Award for Best Original Score (Music and Lyrics), the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Musical and 21 other awards in the 2021/2022 Broadway season.
