Former Nickelodeon executive Keith Dawkins recently announced his move into the newly created role as president of the beloved Harlem Globetrotters and Herschend Entertainment Studios.
Well-known in the entertainment industry, Dawkins previously oversaw the Nickelodeon Sports initiative and led The First Tee, a junior golf nonprofit, making him a natural fit for the expansion of the team into a global entertainment brand.
Soon heading into their 100th year, the Globetrotters aim to expand content into homes worldwide, powered by their parent company’s in-house media arm. Dawkins will lead the charge to continue excellence in live entertainment and on the screen.
