It was a workplace dream come true: three cheese experts visited our office last month and showered us with delicious French cheeses. The cheese brand ambassadors were representatives of The Cheeses of Europe, an EU-sponsored council to create awareness of French cheeses.
As part of their “Make It Magnifique” campaign, we took a tasting tour through creamy Bries and waxy Mimolettes to learn how to take recipes from “good, to great to Magnifique” with some tasty fromage.
