When I arrived at the airport gate recently, everyone was in line for “General Boarding.” I walked past in the “Sky Priority” lane.
As I stood waiting, the agent rudely asked if I needed help. When I said I was Sky Priority, she nodded that the whole line was and to go to the end. I mentioned the Sky Priority sign pointed left. As I turned, she called me back, saying she didn’t realize, and clearly, I was the only one to follow directions.
The moral of the story is that sometimes, walking a different path can still be right.
