In less than an hour we reached our destination, the Legacy Lodge at Lake Lanier Islands Resort. My son and I stayed here for Greater Atlanta Automotive Media Association’s annual Family Car Challenge.
It was the perfect place to test drive new model cars during the day, and enjoy a fun reception and delicious dinner at Bullfrogs before retiring in the comfortable, well-appointed rooms at the 282-room resort, all with lake views.
Activities at the resort include hiking on lakeside trails, golf, boating, tennis, biking and enjoying the resort’s private beach and shuttle to LanierWorld water park.
