I’ve been swimming upstream for months – stuck in a never-ending cycle of déjà vu, questioning everything while wondering why things play out the way they do. Three months into the year, after a deep personal temperature check and some insightful wisdom from my healing tribe, my 2023 word finally showed itself – Flow.
It was a hard choice until realizing it’s not the typical “going with the flow” with no voice or choice. Instead, it’s being aware while keeping feet in and head out, allowing the current to intuitively carry me to what it knows is next. That kind of FLOW!
