“I was absolutely changed by it for the rest of my life!”
Jeff Doud’s Crossroads happened when his mom took him to the 1963 Warhol art exhibit at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
“My world was shaped by Saturday morning cartoons and the commercials that came in between,” said Jeff, who as executive creative director at Atlanta digital agency MaxMedia won two gold awards this week for his digital signage work with the AT&T Store of the Future. “I was knocked out!”
“Then I went home and saw a 7UP commercial with ladies with butterfly wings and bubbles and I said, ‘That’s it, it’s graphics and animation for me!’ ”
