Don’t know about you, but I’ve struggled with what to say about the world we’re living in right now. I’m heartbroken and filled with disgust, sadness, empathy and grief.
What can I eloquently add that contributes to the narrative? How do I best advise clients about inequality, racism, diversity and their businesses? Finding one’s voice on crowded social platforms seems like the last place focus should be – action is needed, right? Yet, without checking that box it’s looked at as silence.
