On my bucket list of places to visit, Dubai is definitely near the top. From the largest man-made island to the world’s only ‘seven-star’ hotel, Dubai’s over-the-top collection of attractions that are the “largest,” “only” or “first” is unmatched.
It’s adding another “first” to its dossier: world’s first rotating skyscraper.
Dynamic Architecture is planning an 80-story, 1,273-foot tower with floors that can rotate 360-degrees. Each floor will be built off-site and “dropped on the central core.” With rotating floors planned for 2020, all we can ask is, what could be next?
