Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures (GATV) selected S.J. Collins Enterprises, through a nation-wide search, for a $140 million development at 14th Street and Howell Mill Road.
Few details are available about the announcement, but discussions with GATV and neighborhood stakeholders are being held, according to S.J. Collins’ Jeff Garrison. West Midtown has seen a flurry of activity lately, with Star Metals and Stockyards Atlanta among those planned and underway.
The well-positioned site – sitting across from Westside Provisions – could see loft office, retail and residential units, which would activate the corner and bring an empty lot to life.
