JPMorgan Chase, America’s largest bank, recently committed $3.75 million to help improve housing affordability in Atlanta. The company will honor its commitment by distributing grants ranging from $75,000 to $2 million among several key organizations, including the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, Westside Future Fund and others.
This isn’t the first time JPMorgan Chase has invested in the city’s ongoing housing crisis. In 2022, the bank donated $2.5 million to the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, helping the organization produce hundreds of affordable single-family homes and also form business partnerships with Black-owned real estate firms in Atlanta.
