Since that article, more activity has occurred. The George, a 132-apartment development at 275 Memorial Drive, announced Farm Burger and Your Pie as ground-floor restaurant tenants. And last week, Memorial Drive’s Harp Transmission site redevelopment was announced in the Atlanta media. The property will be transformed into office, restaurant and retail space.
With so much happening in three short months, who knows what will be announced next?
