As you’re driving down I-20, you may have noticed a castle-like structure on a hill near Grant Park. That “castle” is actually GlenCastle and was recently purchased by Urban Realty Partners and RAF Capital.
GlenCastle, the former Atlanta Stockade, is being re-envisioned as creative office space that will feature three distinct, loft-style buildings: The Forge, The Stable and The Stockade.
The historic buildings will offer over 70,000 square feet of restaurant/office space, as well as the opportunity to work near the BeltLine’s future Southside trail. Colliers Atlanta and Cross-Town Realty are handling leasing.
