Though it’s getting colder outside, it’s still nice to get out and connect with nature. Driving to a park is always an option, but there’s nothing like being able to walk from your house to the trails – and developers are taking note.

RocaPoint Partners recently broke ground on its extension of the Big Creek Greenway at HALCYON, a mixed-use village currently under construction in Forsyth County.

This expansion will tie into the sidewalks along Ronald Reagan Boulevard; include a new paved/lit parking lot, restrooms and a trailhead; and allow residents to easily access the trails from the development.
