Instead of pricey cocktails and a fancy dinner for my birthday, I got a Fellini’s pizza delivered to the new Georgia Beer Garden – and it was the perfect birthday celebration.
The brainchild of Joystick Gamebar’s founders, the beer garden features 24 rotating taps, bottled beer, liquor, wine and cornhole, as well as ample indoor and outdoor seating. It’s a great addition to Edgewood Ave.’s already fantastic lineup of restaurants, clubs, bars and coffee shops.
The beer garden hosts the occasional food truck and allows outside food while finishing its kitchen, which will eventually serve new takes on Southern food.
