Southeast Mortgage’s new 31,000-square-foot headquarters, which focuses on employee wellness, will feature a yoga space, fully equipped gym, video recording studio and collaborative work areas.
Not only do employees benefit from such wellness programs, but employers see increased productivity and engagement from staff. The new space will also attract and retain millennials craving a better work-life balance and mortgage lenders, which is critical as lender retention is often cited as financial institutions’ biggest challenge.
