What is Atlanta missing? According to Kristi Rooks and George Banks, who recently founded retail consulting and development firm Revel, a lot of cool things – from a flea market to more uses for shipping containers.
The pair, known for imaginative retail and restaurant concepts, including Krog Street and Underground, have hit the ground running. They already have two consulting projects underway: an apartment development in Charlotte and an adaptive reuse project in Castleberry Hill.
But don’t think Rooks and Banks are out of the development game. They are also working on a small food-and-beverage development in the suburbs.
