I can’t relate to people who claim to love cardio. It’s my least favorite form of exercise. I still do it, because I’m told it’s good for me, but that doesn’t mean I have to enjoy it.
For some, cardio is a no-go – many find it too boring or too intense. And that’s perfectly okay! In fact, too much cardio can be harmful to your body.
