Working with developers, I’ve heard of several ways to attract residents. Dog walkers, custom artwork and cigar bars – all in hopes of selling condos and renting apartments. Aurora, a new development in Sunny Isles Beach near Miami may take the cake.
Verzasca Group, a development firm, is trying a new amenity for the project that has 61 residences, pool decks and a yoga garden: a complimentary, one-year membership with JetSmarter, a service allowing users to charter private jets. The goal? Attracting foreign buyers looking for safe investments. The result? We’ll see.
