Bank of America Reborn

by The 100 Companies

Looking at Midtown’s skyline, you can’t miss America’s 10th tallest building – the Bank of America Plaza. San Francisco-based Shorenstein Properties bought the building, which previously sat in foreclosure, this month.

Once a sea of bankers and lawyers, Midtown is now a mixed-bag of professional service firms and creatives. Midtown leasing activity is off-the-charts, as TAMI (technology, advertising, media, information) firms are choosing the area over Buckhead these days.

The CBRE team charged with refilling the iconic building touts its proximity to talent, accessibility and amenities, along with some of Midtown’s best views to help attract tenants.
