I recently shared news about a North Carolina-based investor entering the Atlanta office market. Atlanta must be the place to buy, because last week, Durham-based Dilweg Cos announced its recent purchase of Centennial Tower – a 36-story tower in Downtown Atlanta.
It’s one of the multiple deals that CBRE Atlanta’s Capital Markets Investment Group, led by Will Yowell, has brokered so far this year, which speaks further to Atlanta’s growth and confidence in the economy.
It’s not just Downtown that is booming, either. Yowell’s team also brokered the sale of the 351,345-square-foot Sterling Pointe office complex in Central Perimeter last week.
