Though 2017 numbers haven’t reached the record high sales volume that 2016 saw, Atlanta-based The Integral Group is coming out of the summer with an impressive series of transactions.
Integral’s commercial real estate division, led by President Christopher Martorella and COO Matt Samuelson, generated a quarter billion dollars through asset sales and a recapitalization in its West Coast portfolio.
Included in the transactions: a recapitalization of EVIVA on Cherokee, a 274-unit luxury rental property in Denver’s Golden Triangle; the sale of EVIVA Mission Bay, a 129-unit development in San Francisco; and the sale of Sacramento’s EVIVA Midtown.
