Everyone has their own barometer for how the market is doing. Mine is my husband’s hours. I haven’t seen him much during the week this month, so the economy must be doing extremely well.
Another indicator could be the decision to put office buildings on the market. Two of the better-known buildings in Atlanta are currently on the market: The Equitable Building – marketed by CBRE – and Mini Me – marketed by Eastdil Secured.
Bisnow reports Mini Me, located at 1180 W. Peachtree Street, is 95 percent occupied, while The Equitable Building, located at 100 Peachtree Street, is at 70 percent.
