“MOB” might not mean much to everyone, but it’s important in the real estate world.
The Loudermilk Cos. announced this month that it’s developing the first MOB – medical office building – in intown Atlanta in years. The 120,000-square-foot project, which already has four leases signed, will go vertical in Buckhead Village.
The area has been a hotbed of activity lately, with multifamily and office projects underway. Charlie Loudermilk Park, which has increased connectivity and walkability, and restaurants and retail in Buckhead Village make it attractive to residents, visitors and soon for those in search of boutique medical services.
