Recently, Tech issued a request for proposals for land at 14th Street and Howell Mill Road. The site sits across from the popular Westside Provisions District and near the planned Star Metals development, a $210 million project that will include offices, apartments and restaurants. Tech reportedly wants to include affordable housing and office space for startups.
Down the road in Midtown, construction continues on Coda in Tech Square, a massive complex with a 21-story glass tower as its centerpiece.
