Each football season, I give in to my fiancé and hang our Georgia Tech door hanger instead of our Auburn one. I love that I’m marrying into the Tech culture, and I’m proud our city has multiple schools attracting companies and retaining talent.
One example of Tech recruiting a large company was announced this week, when Honeywell International Inc. said it was relocating a key division headquarters and opening a global software development center – bringing over 800 jobs to Atlanta.
Honeywell joins GE and Keysight Technologies, which have also recently announced plans to open major IT centers in the region.
