Last weekend, we walked from 26th Street to Peachtree Package Store. That part of Peachtree isn’t the most scenic, but that’s all about to change.
Bisnow reports Cornerstone filed permits for a medical office building and senior care facility. While this means the Chick-fil-A, Peachtree Cleaners and, yes, even Peachtree Package will be replaced by a 188,000-square-foot, mixed-use medical development, it also means there’s a chance for improved walkability.
Note: Chick-fil-A is reportedly re-opening on the ground floor of the new building, and we’ll keep our fingers crossed for Peachtree Package.
