Legacy Ventures’ founder David Marvin made his first investment downtown in 1994 and has worked there tirelessly since. With the Super Bowl LIII coming to Atlanta, I asked if downtown was ready.
“Since Atlanta’s last Super Bowl, the Centennial Park District has achieved critical mass as an entertainment district,” he said. “The district’s collection of places to stay, be inspired, dine and have fun keeps growing – all within walking distance of the stadium.”
