This week, SWH Residential Partners nearly broke the Internet by announcing its purchase of 3.3 acres, including Atlanta’s beloved venue – The Masquerade. SWH plans to develop 220 apartments and eight lofts on the site sparked local outcry
Chris Carter, co-founder of Vantage Realty and tenant rep for The Masquerade’s owners, is neither surprised nor concerned.
“It’s no secret they’ve been looking for a new space – preferably a funky one between 15,000-50,000 square feet. With all the new and incoming apartments in that area, now’s the time. They want to be good neighbors and relocate somewhere where they won’t be disruptive.”
