I originally chose DEFINE because it’s less than a mile from my apartment. Along with its convenient location, the studio is stunning and the staff is friendly.
So far, I have taken “DEFINE body,” a difficult barre, Pilates and core strengthening class, and “DEFINE mind,” a relaxation class focused on stretching and inversions done in a hammock to improve blood flow and digestion. In addition to these, a “DEFINE revolution” cycling class is also offered. I loved the body and mind classes – they were incredible.
Quick tip: I’d suggest taking the mind class after a tough day or intense workout.
